Catalyst Media provides professional credit repair services designed to help clients improve their credit profiles. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Credit Report Analysis: A comprehensive review of your credit reports from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion.
• Dispute Resolution: Identifying and disputing inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items on your credit reports.
• Financial Coaching: Providing guidance on credit management, budgeting, and financial best practices.

3. User Representations

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• All information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will not use our services for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide all necessary documentation and information in a timely manner.
• Maintain an active credit monitoring service throughout the duration of our engagement.
• Forward all correspondence from credit bureaus and creditors to us within five (5) business days of receipt.
• Refrain from applying for new credit or making significant changes to your financial profile without consulting us first.

Your cooperation is essential to the success of our services. Failure to comply with these responsibilities may impede our ability to achieve the desired results.

5. Fees and Payment

The fees for our services will be detailed in your individual client contract. All payments are due as specified in the agreement. We do not charge for our services until they have been fully rendered as per the terms of your contract.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Catalyst Media and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Guarantees

While we are committed to providing high-quality services, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes, such as a particular credit score increase or the removal of all negative items. The results of credit repair vary based on individual circumstances and the accuracy of the information provided by credit bureaus.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Catalyst Media, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any and all claims shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us.

9. Term and Termination

These Terms of Service will remain in full force and effect while you use our services. You may terminate your agreement with us at any time, subject to the terms of your client contract. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to our interests or other users.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Catalyst Media is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
